For applicants who
register for the Diabetes examination, the DSM examination fee,
including the NISPC credential, is $250.
Refunds
and Withdrawals
If you
wish to withdraw from the examinations an administrative fee of
$50 per examination will be deducted from the original registration
fee you submitted.
